I contemplate today's 'super-diseases'

Happy birthday to me! Today is the 29th and I'm 29. That only happens once in a lifetime (as far as I know)

We're celebrating by taking a street car down to the adult immunization clinic, where we'll be jabbed repeatedly with needles.

According to my 2000 vaccination certificate, I've been previously jabbed for Hep A, typhoid, men[indecipherable-- meningitis?) and "TD." Not sure what I need for this trip. What new diseases are there in India? Bird flu? Bhangra fever? Call-center-itis?

One year for his birthday, my dad gave *us* presents. I thought that was interesting.

From me to you via SF/J -- a great song that will be stuck in your head for days. Link goes to the video-- I suggest the small version cos it's slow to load. Well worth it though.
